What happens after I request a quote?

Once you submit a quote request, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your cleaning needs, answer questions, and provide a detailed estimate based on your space and preferences.

What safety precautions do you take before cleaning?

All team members arrive in uniform with masks and gloves, use freshly sanitized equipment, and follow CDC-recommended hygiene practices. We also offer eco-friendly and hypoallergenic product options upon request.

Do I need to be home or on-site during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients choose to provide access instructions and return once the cleaning is complete. Our team is fully bonded, insured, and background-checked for your peace of mind.

Can I speak directly with the cleaning team?

Absolutely. Before your appointment, you can speak with our scheduling coordinator or team lead to review special requests, access instructions, or priorities for your space.

Is stain removal included in a general cleaning?

Light stain removal is included in most general cleanings, such as spills on countertops or sinks. However, deep stain treatment for carpets or upholstery may require an add-on service, which we’ll outline clearly in your quote.
